What happens during breath therapy?
Breath therapy is an easy-to-implement method that I like to incorporate into my work. It is used to improve physical and emotional health. You learn to use certain breathing techniques to promote physical and mental relaxation and to gain new insights.
The effectiveness of breath therapy is based on the connection between body and mind. Targeted breathing exercises not only influence your physical breathing, but also your emotional state. They can calm the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which can make it easier to deal with your own emotions and enable new insights.
Once learned and integrated, you always carry the breathing techniques with you and can use them independently in everyday life. That's why I value this valuable resource so much and am happy to pass it on to my clients.
Transformation through Breath Therapy
Breath therapy offers access to your inner resources and can strengthen your ability to self-regulate. Relaxation, calm, balance, an increased energy level, more clarity and new insights - all of this represents a gain in a busy life in which we have to meet more and more demands and tasks.
I integrate breath therapy into my coaching and therapy processes, but I also use it as an individual element.
